When will my card be charged?

Once the presale is over, on October 11th, all charges will be processed. A confirmation receipt should be sent to your email when this happens. Reach out to [email protected] if you have any additional questions.

Can I change my shipping address before my order ships?

Yes! Email our customer support team at [email protected] to update your shipping address. All addresses must be updated no later than December 1, 2021.

What is a Viori Presale?

Backerkit is a legitimate third party website Viori is using to collect pre-sale orders. The pre-sale will only be open from 10/6/21-10/10/21 and include Yezi Nectar, Hua Bliss, and Bai Chai. This is the last time, last chance Viori will be offering these scents, so stock up now if you enjoyed a particular bar! Shelf life for Viori shampoo and conditioner bars is 3+ years! So don’t be afraid to order the stock pile you want!

Once this presale has closed on October 10, Viori will begin to order the necessary raw materials to produce the preordered bars. All preordered bars will ship on December 10, 2021. These bars will arrive in time for Christmas 2021. If you enjoyed any of these past scents, we encourage you to order them now!

How much does shipping cost?

Our presale shipping costs are as follows:

$0 shipping for USA $5 shipping for Canada $8 for UK and Australia $12 for all other countries

These shipping fees are regardless of quantity, just a one-time flat fee for each area.

Can I add any of the regular Viori products to this order?

Unfortunately no, pre-orders are for the limited edition scents only. You cannot add any of our regular scents to these orders. If you want to order any of our regular scents (Terrace Garden, Citrus Yao, Hidden Waterfall, or Native Essence), you must purchase them separately from www.viori.com.

How will my order be packaged?

All bars will be packaged in a generic Viori box. The colored packaging on our presale orders are NOT included.

Can I use my Viori discount code on presale orders?

We are unable to apply any discount codes to Backerkit pre-sale orders. This sale only lasts until October 10th, 2021 so we recommend ordering some before they are gone! 😊 We apologize for any inconveniences!

I never got a confirmation email

Confirmation emails will be sent within 24 hours after the order is placed. It will come from “The Viori Beauty Team”. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder in case it went there. Once charges are processed on October 11th, you will receive another payment confirmation. If you still do not have a confirmation email by October 12th, reach out to [email protected] and we can check on the status of your pre-order. However, at anytime you are always welcome to reach out to [email protected] to double check if you pre-order was submitted.

Will these scents ever be permanent?

Unfortunately, no. We realized we won’t be able to offer these as permanent scents in the future as we don’t have the necessary long term fulfillment capacity. However, it’s possible that some of these scents will be featured as a future limited edition scent again next year (2022). We highly recommend signing up for our email and text notifications so you can be notified for all limited edition and new product releases. BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
